Antique 30" Simon & Halbig Bisque Socket Head Doll #1079 .
She is marked "Simon & Halbig / DEP / 1079 / Germany 14" on head and stamped in red on hip "Heinrich Handwerck / (Germ)any / 61/2.
She has a brown wig, blue glass sleep eyes with partial lashes, pierced ears, an open mouth with teeth, a dimpled chin and blushing cheeks. There are no cracks, chips or hairlines in the bisque.
She is jointed at neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip and knee. The stringing is ok, she can still hold a pose. The composition surfaces are in very good condition with minimal expected wear and paint loss. All of her fingers and toes are intact.
She wears a white lace and net dress, a hat, slip, bloomers, shoes and socks.
